Digital Weekender volunteers

We have two opportunities for volunteers to help out at our upcoming Digital Weekender Storytelling: True and Untrue (9-11 February 2018).

We are looking for people to help run The Cube, an immersive theatre performance by CiRCA69 that uses Oculus Rift 3D Virtual Reality headsets. You must be aged 16 +, computer literate, confident enough to speak to audience member and ideally interested in technology.

Training will be provided on Saturday 10 February from 10am-12pm, and you must be able to do a shift of at least 3-4 hours on the Saturday between 12pm and 8pm. Breaks and a sandwich lunch will be provided.

We are also looking for photographers, filmmakers and social media lovers to join our volunteer DC Media team over the weekender. You will be working alongside a fun team from a wide range of backgrounds to help document the weekend. You will get free access to all events, plus a sandwich lunch provided.

To register your interest for either opportunity, please contact Amy on info@devonshirecollective.org.uk or phone on 07759 013854 by Friday 9 February.

Invigilators

We are looking for volunteers year-round to help invigilate upcoming exhibitions at DC1 Cafe & Gallery.

We can provide training and a great environment to volunteer in, surrounded by a vibrant artist community and access to arts opportunities.

The gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm. Ideally you are able to help 3-6 hours.
