Devonshire Collective is seeking new Board Members

The Board of Directors for Devonshire Collective is seeking new Members to join the board in playing a key part in the next exciting phase of DC as we continue to develop and establish a clear vision to transform the lives and communities of Artists & Creatives living in Eastbourne.

We are seeking new Board Members who have specialist experience in fundraising, financial management, capital project management and gallery governance.

Devonshire Collective is a creative and cultural hub in the Devonshire Ward of Eastbourne, with studios, makerspaces, workshops, gallery and café for the benefit of artists, community members and the wider public.

The Devonshire Collective is made up of 3 venues and 2 associate venues along Seaside Road and Seaside in Eastbourne. They are all approximately 10 minutes walking distance from one another and a stones throw from Eastbourne Beach and Pier.

In 2016 Eastbourne Borough Council and Eastbourne Housing Investment Company  supported the transformation of three of their properties on Seaside Road and Seaside Eastbourne into the Devonshire Collective of creative spaces (DC1, DC2, DC3), to be leased to the Devonshire Collective C.I.C. for the benefit of artists and community members with Leaf Hall Community Arts Centre and Royal Hippodrome Theatre as DC+ Associates.

The initiative is supported by Devonshire West Big Local.
