Embodied You – A Workshop with Paul Du Buf
April 6 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
“Would you like to be more creative and feel more connected? Experience your body to be in the drivers seat and your head in the passengers seat?
Connecting with your body enables a deepening connection with yourself.
Connection can happen at a conversational level from the mind and at a embodied level like being silent, feeling shyness, experiencing feelings, expressing movement, eye contact, feeling understood …. the possibilities are endless and for us to discover.
Let’s explore the creativity and expression of our body. How do we feel? What is our body telling us? What moves us? How are we moved by others? How is your body connected with what is present?
We will start with a short introduction and than take time to be mindful, reflective, creative.
You are invited to focus primarily on your own process with an option to connect with others too.
I look forward meeting you.
