The Reason for Flowers is a group exhibition considering flowers as motif, material, symbol and subject. Curated by Joseph Jones.
For our second Collective Books Book Club, this time hosted within The Reason for Flowers exhibition, we invite readers to bring a book of their choice to share with the group, that relates to flowers, gardening and the natural world.
Join us for a writing workshop led by artist, writer and forager Sean Roy Parker fostering an intimate connection with our interspecies neighbours in the urban environment.
Join The Gardening Drawing Club at Devonshire Collective, where artist Johanna Tagada Hoffbeck will take us through the basics of growing organic vegetables and herbs before we paint and draw impressions from these encounters.
Join Amanprit Sandhu in conversation with May Hands and Hannah Lees at Towner Eastbourne as they discuss their collaborative residency in Eastbourne.
Hosted within the exhibition The Reason for Flowers, hear from May Hands and Hannah Lees during their 'Making Sites' residency.
