Devonshire Collective is an arts organisation in Eastbourne and a registered Community Interest Company. We aim to sustain long term relationships with all our visitors, participants and supporters, who are at the heart of our work.
This Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently so that you have trust and confidence in Devonshire Collective.

We collect your contact details when you sign up for one of our events, buy a ticket, join our mailing list, make a purchase from our shop, or apply for a job/volunteer position. We aim to be clear when we collect your data and only use it in a way that you would reasonably expect. We may process your personal data because it is necessary to fulfil a service or contract, for example if you purchase a course or enquire about making a donation to the organisation. We will stay in touch so we can tell you how your support is making a difference to our programmes and about other way syou can continue to help.
Whether you are a supporter or have given your consent for us to contact you, we will send you news, invitations and information about our exhibitions, events, creative opportunities and activities as well as occasional news about our studios and partners. We would also like to share our successes and invite you to be part of our supporter community. We communicate by email only. Any information you choose to provide us with will be treated confidentially and is never shared with or sold to third parties. Developing a better understanding of our supporters through their personal data allows us make better decisions, fundraise more efficiently and ultimately ensure that Devonshire Collective delivers its mission to be a free gallery for everyone.
