Devonshire Collective and Sanctuary are joining forces to work with Nadina Ali to bring some creative energy to the streets of Eastbourne!

Nadina Ali is a graphic artist who is passionate about social justice. We have invited her to work with us to design a mural and billboard which will both be unveiled in September!

Come along to our creative ideas session on Wednesday 26th July  6-8pm at DC Learn Studio, 1–5 Seaside, Eastbourne BN22 7NA (opposite Thayer's Ice Cream)

At the session you’ll meet other people, we will get the ice creams, and together with artist @Nadinadidthis we will start work on this exciting project. This is your chance to have your voice heard in a creative, fun and inclusive environment, No experience needed.

We will be painting the mural on 21st- 23rd August in Gorringe Road Allotments so keep these dates free!

Nadina Ali a graphic artist from Marseille, currently based in London.  She’s passionate about social justice and representation and uses bold and colourful typography to address those topics in a way that is easier to engage with for a wider range of people. She’s also passionate about making art and creativity accessible to as many people as possible, especially people who don’t traditionally have easy access to art. Through her work, she also aims to amplify the voices of under-represented people.

Devonshire Youth Collective is a free monthly collective space for young people aged 16-25  to get inspired, think and create together.

You don’t need any prior experience or skills in art or creative practice to take part, and sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible. No need to book, just turn up.
